Josh Pierce
Pharmacist and Co-Owner
A Simpson County native, Josh has spent his entire pharmacy career at McGuffee's Drug with one goal in mind providing a full health care experience where every patient is treated like family. A graduate of the Ole Miss School of Pharmacy, he serves on Mississippi Medicaid's Drug Utilization Review Board and as an advisor to the WSPC buying group. Outside the pharmacy, Josh and his wife Lauren stay busy with their children Addie and Archie, their church at FBC Mendenhall, and a family farm raising Red Angus cattle. He is grateful to serve the neighbors who make this community home.
Kristi Welch
PharmD Co-Owner
Kristi shares ownership and sets the tone for friendly, detail oriented service. Her passion is medication therapy management, helping patients stay on track and feel their best.
Stacie Sullivan
Pharmacist
Stacie is proud to serve the same community she calls home. She earned her PharmD from Ole Miss while gaining experience in both an independent pharmacy and a hospital, then spent 15 years at a local chain before joining McGuffee's. Stacie enjoys helping patients understand their medicines and caring for families she sees around town.
Brandy Lee
Manager - Sales Floor
Brandy oversees day to day sales floor operations with a focus on friendly greetings, helpful guidance, and a clean, organized store. She manages inventory, arranges displays, and makes sure customers find the products they need.
Kayla Miller
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Kayla is an experienced technician who specializes in packing medications for our community, including multi dose and specialty needs. She brings 15 years of chain pharmacy experience, where she served as lead technician, and now supports patients with accurate fills and caring answers.
Charlotte Robinson
Sales Associate
Charlotte greets every customer with warmth and attentive service. She brings 24 years of experience in the medical field and enjoys scrapbooking and cheering on her grandchildren at their activities.
Rose Compere
Bookkeeper
Rose manages payroll and account processes with dependable attention to detail. She relaxes by gardening and baking for family and friends.
Mildred Butler
Sales Associate
Mildred assists customers and handles UPS and FedEx, bill pay, and monthly statements with care and efficiency. In her downtime she enjoys reading.
Janet Styron
Pharmacy Technician
Janet fills prescriptions with precision and oversees pharmacy ordering to keep shelves stocked. She brings valuable technician experience from Walmart and a patient first approach.
Paul Langford
Clerk and Delivery Driver
Paul supports daily pharmacy operations and helps customers at the counter, drive thru, and at home through timely deliveries. With a varied work background, he enjoys making sure each order gets where it needs to go.
