Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

We’ve gathered answers to the most common questions to help you understand our services and make the most of your experience with us.

It is the time each year when you can review and make changes to your Medicare coverage. During this period, you can switch Medicare Advantage plans, enroll in a Part D prescription plan, or make changes to existing coverage.

It runs from October 15 to December 7 each year. Any changes you make will take effect on January 1 of the following year.

We provide personalized support to help you review your Medicare options, compare different plans, and enroll in the one that best fits your needs. Our pharmacists are available to answer all your questions during the enrollment period.

In most cases, you can only make changes to your Medicare plan during Open Enrollment. However, certain circumstances like moving out of your plan's service area or qualifying for extra help may allow for changes at other times.

You’ll need your Medicare card, a list of any medications you take, and any documents that show your current healthcare coverage. This will help us find the best plan to suit your needs.
